Return Policy

To ensure quality and integrity, the following criteria must be met for returns of items that are not in original condition:

  1. Non-Installed Condition: Items that have not been attempted to be installed are eligible for a return. Any item that shows signs of installation, such as wear, tool marks, or any other indication that the product has been fitted or used, will not be accepted for return.

  2. Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels, manuals, and accessories intact. If the original packaging is damaged or missing, a restocking fee may apply.

  3. Condition of the Item: Items must be in a resellable condition. Minor cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents, will result in a restocking fee or denial of the return, depending on the severity of the damage.

  4. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% of the item’s purchase price may apply to returns of items that are not in their original condition. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  5. Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item is deemed non-resellable due to damage, installation attempt, or any other condition that renders it unsellable, the return will be rejected, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  6. Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt of your item. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  7. Refund Process: Upon approval of the return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable fees.

  8. Exclusions: Certain items may be excluded from return based on their nature, including but not limited to custom orders, clearance items, and products marked as final sale.
