Order Processing and Fulfillment:

  • Processing Time: Due to the nature of our products, most orders involve large, custom items that require additional processing time. Typically, orders are processed within 5-7 business days. 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Freight Shipping: Most large and custom orders will be shipped via freight. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the specific requirements of the order. Generally, freight shipments take between 10-15 business days after processing to reach their destination.

  • Special Handling: Due to the size and weight of the items, special handling may be required. This may include the use of lift-gates or other specialized equipment. Our logistics team will coordinate these details to ensure a smooth delivery process.

  • Delivery Appointments: For large shipments, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. It is important that someone is available at the delivery address during the scheduled time to receive and inspect the shipment.

  • Multiple Shipments: Depending on the size and complexity of your order, items may arrive in separate shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking information, which will be provided to you upon dispatch.

Shipping Costs:

  • Freight Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, the weight and dimensions of the items, and the shipping method selected. Freight charges may vary depending on the specifics of the order, and additional charges may apply for special handling or delivery to remote locations.

  • Free Shipping: For certain orders, free shipping may be available within specific regions or on orders exceeding a certain value. This will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Due to the nature of freight shipping, tracking updates may take longer to reflect the current status of your shipment.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen logistical challenges, may cause delays. We will communicate any known delays as soon as possible and work to resolve any issues promptly.

Inspection Upon Delivery:

  • Damage Inspection: Upon delivery, it is important that you inspect the shipment for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact our customer service team immediately.

  • Concealed Damage: If you discover any damage after unpacking the items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation, which may include filing a claim with the freight carrier or arranging for a replacement.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Delivery Areas: Some remote or difficult-to-access locations may have shipping restrictions or additional charges. We will notify you if your delivery address falls into one of these categories and work with you to arrange the best possible delivery option.

Address Changes:

  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed and shipped.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returning items. Note that return shipping costs for large custom orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
